The security requirements at the Industrial Park Lausitz are diverse. We protect our employees, contractors and guests as well as our facilities and assets. With our plant security team, we have a competent team of security experts who take care of everything from issuing ID badges and processing permits to providing information on security-related issues.
Create company profile
Before your company can operate at the Schwarzheide site, a profile must be created once for the company in our Portal Security System. To do this, fill out the form Application for company creation.
Once your company profile has been set up by the ID badge office, you will receive a confirmation email as the registered dispatcher.
Please note that the contact person stored in the system will receive a registration link by e-mail.
Note: Processing may take 2 to 3 working days.
Application for access assignment
Employees with permanent passes
Dispatchers can create and edit employees in the Security System portal. A distinction is made between employees with permanent passes and those without.
Please use the process description below as a step-by-step guide.
Please make sure to check in advance that the employee to be registered has a valid visa or a valid work permit if they are not a member of the European Union.
Application for a new permanent pass by the dispatcher
A valid company ID badge must always be carried for access to the BASF site in Schwarzheide. A dispatcher is authorised to apply for permanent passes for employees of their own company via the Portal Security System.
Collection of the permanent pass by the employee
As soon as approval has been granted by the ID badge office, the dispatcher is notified by e-mail. The employee can collect their permanent pass from the ID badge office after making an appointment in advance.
The following original documents must be presented to obtain a permanent pass:
- Identity card or passport
- Persons from non-EU countries (except Norway, Switzerland and Liechtenstein) must also present a residence permit or visa issued by a German authority and valid for Germany with the relevant endorsements or documents authorizing gainful employment or taking up work.
- Confirmation of appointment
- If an old permanent pass is available, this must be presented, otherwise a fee of 10 euros will be charged in cash.
- The security test is completed when the permanent pass is collected or renewed.
All information can be found in the partner portal.
Extension of the permanent pass by the dispatcher
The dispatcher receives an e-mail informing them that an employee's assignment is coming to an end.
If the employment of an employee is to be extended, the dispatcher must submit an application to extend the employment via the Portal Security System. For further information, please refer to the Staff management procedure for dispatchers.
Note: Processing can take 2 to 3 working days.
Return of the permanent pass
If an employee's assignment on the plant premises ends earlier or if the employee has terminated the employment relationship, the dispatcher is obliged to deregister the employee via the Portal Security System. Instructions can be found in the Staff management procedure for dispatchers.
The employee's permanent pass is automatically deactivated and the IT authorisations assigned to the employee are revoked.
The permanent pass must be returned to the ID badge office. The employee receives confirmation that the pass has been returned. Alternatively, it can be returned by post to the following address:
BASF InfraService & Solutions Lausitz GmbH
Ausweisstelle
Schipkauer Straße 1
01987 Schwarzheide
Employees without permanent passes
Dispatchers can create and edit employees in the Portal Security System. A distinction is made between employees with permanent passes and those without.
Please use the process description below as a step-by-step guide.
Request for access to BASF IT systems
If you need access to BASF IT systems to fulfill your order, the employee is registered via the Portal Security System. Applications go through an internal BASF approval process. IT authorisations can be requested via the BASF contact person one day after the application has been approved.
Note: Processing may take 3 to 5 working days.
.
Extension of the application deadline
The dispatcher receives an e-mail informing them that the external employee's assignment is coming to an end.
If the employment of an external employee is to be extended, the dispatcher must submit an application to extend the employment via the Portal Security System. For further information, please refer to the Staff management procedure.
Deregistration of IT authorisations
If the employee's assignment ends earlier or if the employee has terminated the employment relationship within the employment period, the dispatcher is obliged to deregister the employee via the Portal Security System. The employee's IT authorisations are automatically deactivated or revoked.
