Industrial Park Lausitz: 13 Apprentices Launch their Careers
 

• Ten young professionals complete apprenticeship ahead of schedule
• Supporting the skilled workforce of Industrial Park Lausitz and companies across the region

Thirteen young men and women have successfully completed their apprenticeships at Industrial Park Lausitz, laying the foundation for their professional careers. Thanks to their outstanding performance, ten apprentices were able to shorten their training by six months. The young professionals completed their apprenticeships with BASF Schwarzheide GmbH and BASF InfraService & Solutions Lausitz GmbH, the site operating company of Industrial Park Lausitz.

The graduates include four chemical technicians, three automation electronics technicians, one industrial electronics technician, two laboratory technicians, and three industrial management assistants.

„Our apprentices demonstrate through their achievements the tremendous potential of young skilled professionals. In particular, the early completion of eleven apprenticeships reflects their strong commitment and technical expertise. They are a key pillar in ensuring the long-term success and competitiveness of our site and the entire region," says Mirko Giszas, Head of Vocational Training.

The successful completion of these apprenticeships makes an important contribution to securing a skilled workforce for Industrial Park Lausitz and beyond. Many of the graduates will continue their careers with companies located at the industrial park or elsewhere in the region.

Currently, 131 young people are completing vocational training at Industrial Park Lausitz.
