Electricity labeling according to § 42 EnWG

In accordance with legal requirements, we publish the origin of the electricity we supply every year. This information is published in accordance with Section 42 of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG) in the version dated July 7, 2005, last amended in 2023. The electricity label shows

  • percentage share of energy sources (e.g. renewable energy, natural gas, coal, nuclear energy)
  • comparison with the national electricity mix

Charges for grid usage

We provide the applicable prices and framework conditions for the use of our electricity grids in a transparent manner – in accordance with the regulations of the Federal Network Agency. The grid usage fees are published in accordance with Section 20 of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG) as amended. The prices and conditions apply uniformly and non-discriminatorily to all grid users.
